Terms of Service

By using Trixy.App you accept these terms. Please read them before creating an account.

1. What the service is

Trixy.App is a conversational commerce platform delivered as software as a service: a web catalogue, selling over WhatsApp, a point of sale, inventory and integrated finances.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.
• One account is one business. Each business's data is kept separate from every other.
• You may invite your team into the same business, within the limits of your plan.
• You must be of legal age and able to enter into a contract.

3. Plans and payment

• The plans currently offered are listed in the platform.
• Recurring payments are processed by PayPal. When you authorise the subscription you authorise those charges to continue until you cancel.
• Each plan includes a free trial. When it ends, the first charge is attempted.
• If a charge fails, your account may be marked past due and eventually suspended.
• You can cancel at any time from /billing. We do not refund partial periods.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to:

• Sell anything illegal where you operate.
• Send spam, commit fraud, run phishing, or impersonate anyone.
• Send bulk WhatsApp messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
• Work around the limits of your plan through automation.
• Reach another business's data, or attempt to break the platform's security.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

5. Your data

What you put in — products, customers, orders — is yours. You can export it at any time. If you cancel, we keep it for 30 days so you can retrieve it, and then delete it.

6. Availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime each month, but do not guarantee it contractually on standard plans. An Enterprise plan may carry its own service level agreement. We take regular backups.

7. Limitation of liability

Trixy.App is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, lost data, or any amount greater than what you paid in the last three months.

8. Intellectual property

The code, name, logos and design of Trixy.App belong to the platform. The data you create belongs to you. You grant us a limited licence to process it in order to run the service.

9. Changes to the service

We may add, change or withdraw features. Significant changes to prices or to these terms are announced at least 30 days in advance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Santo Domingo.
